Riverside Dental in Nantwich is pleased to welcome new patients young and old.
Patients can telephone the practice, visit us (we do not close for lunch) or request an appointment through our website, or email us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our receptionist will contact you and arrange a mutually convenient appointment.
When a new patient appointment is arranged, we send you an information pack that includes a welcome letter, practice brochure, a leaflet about our Denplan Care monthly budgeting plan and a medical history form for you to fill out and bring with you to your first visit. The information given together with details of any medical conditions or treatment (current or past), pills, medicines, or drugs you are receiving from your doctor is necessary for us to provide you with the best possible care and will become part of your dental records. All information is held in strict confidence.

A new patient appointment is our first opportunity to get to know each other and for you to tell us your wishes and concerns about your dental health, we understand that many people are anxious about visiting the dentist and we will always do our best to put you at ease and make the whole experience as pleasant as possible.
We will discuss all aspects of your dental health with you along with your previous dental history and any current concerns, also the appearance and function of your teeth. The examination will include a medical history review and we will record the condition of your teeth,gums, tongue, cheeks and other soft tissues. We may also take and review x-rays which can provide vital information to secure your dental fitness.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We kindly request that if you need to cancel or rebook an appointment you give us at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments do not allow us time to offer the appointment to other patients who may be in pain. Missed appointments increase the running costs of the practice and can not be supported leading to increased charges overall. There will be a fee charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
